Please state if your child has any previous hockey experience, plays other sports or other activities.
We do prioritise applications in the event parents are willing to participate in the running of the club so please ensure you remember to provide more details about your willingness to volunteer and how you could potentially help out in the comments box on on the application.
We are actively recruiting for the older age groups as we are building our performance set up. Opportunities in other age groups will arise and we do encourage you to sign up.
